Sen Bong Go provides services in Biñan City

Biñan City - Despite the rains due to Typhoon Enteng, Senator Bong Go was able to provide assistance to the people of Biñan City at Alonte Arena Monday morning.

Although Sen Go was unable to be physically present because of the storm, he was able to connect with the beneficiaries through a video call and provide assistance to the senior citizens thru the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF).

Go offered words of encouragement and advised them to stay home due to the weather disturbance.

He reassured the people of the city that he will continue to look for their welfare and provide needed services thru LGSF

Also present at the event was Senator Go’s best friend, Philip Salvador who represented him, Vice Governor Karen Agapay, Mayor Arman Dimaguila, and Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, each delivering messages of encouragement and support to the people of Biñan.

Senator Go’s message though virtually showed his dedication to public service even from a distance. His commitment to serving the people of Laguna, especially during challenging times like these, continues to strengthen the trust and confidence of his constituents. (Roselle R. Aquino)

Laguna PDRRMO holds Incident Command System Position Course

  The Laguna Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) headed by Mr. Aldwin M. Cejo, in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense CALABARZON, conducted a 5-day Incident Command System (ICS) - Position Course at El Cielito Hotel, Santa Rosa City, Laguna on 29 July to 01 August 2024, attended by Laguna’s city and municipal DRRMO personnel.  The trainees were tasked to discuss, brainstorm, plan and decide on the operational activities to be done before responding. It also raised awareness on the different ICS positions being used in responding to disasters for them to be equipped with much needed knowledge, skills and attitude in managing disasters and planned events.
