 DPWH Rizal 1st DEO Project Report: Construction of Road in Barangay Calawis, Antipolo City, Rizal


Department of Public Works and Highways Rizal 1st District Engineering Office reports the successful completion of the construction of road with canal at Sitio Kinapuin in Barangay meters accompanied by a drainage canal. The project provides better access to essential services, strengthens connectivity between communities and enhance mobility. It also incorporates durable materials to ensure resilience against extreme weather conditions.(Arman Cambe)

Laguna PDRRMO holds Incident Command System Position Course

  The Laguna Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) headed by Mr. Aldwin M. Cejo, in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense CALABARZON, conducted a 5-day Incident Command System (ICS) - Position Course at El Cielito Hotel, Santa Rosa City, Laguna on 29 July to 01 August 2024, attended by Laguna’s city and municipal DRRMO personnel.  The trainees were tasked to discuss, brainstorm, plan and decide on the operational activities to be done before responding. It also raised awareness on the different ICS positions being used in responding to disasters for them to be equipped with much needed knowledge, skills and attitude in managing disasters and planned events.
