 LSP Hosts CTHEX 2025: “Cruise Away  Ang Paglaot”


The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo (PLSP), through its College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM), proudly presents the College of Tourism and Hospitality Exposition (CTHEX) 2025 with the theme “Cruise Away – Ang Paglaot.” Spearheaded by Mr. Ronnie Suelto, CTHEX Adviser, and Prof. John Dominic Florendo, Dean of CTHM, this highly anticipated event runs from January 21–25, 2025, showcases the skills, creativity, and passion of CTHM students in the fields of tourism and hospitality. CTHEX 2025 not only highlights academic and professional excellence but also strengthens camaraderie and prepares students for the competitive tourism and hospitality industry.(CIO-San Pablo)

Laguna PDRRMO holds Incident Command System Position Course

  The Laguna Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) headed by Mr. Aldwin M. Cejo, in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense CALABARZON, conducted a 5-day Incident Command System (ICS) - Position Course at El Cielito Hotel, Santa Rosa City, Laguna on 29 July to 01 August 2024, attended by Laguna’s city and municipal DRRMO personnel.  The trainees were tasked to discuss, brainstorm, plan and decide on the operational activities to be done before responding. It also raised awareness on the different ICS positions being used in responding to disasters for them to be equipped with much needed knowledge, skills and attitude in managing disasters and planned events.
