San Pablo CDRRMO conducted Crash Vehicular Extrication Response Training (CVERT)

The San Pablo CDRRMO, headed by Ms. Margarita Vanessa Titular - Reyes CGADH-I, has successfully conducted a 3-day Crash Vehicular Extrication Response Training (CVERT) from February 26-28, 2025, at the CDRRMO Operations Center, Brgy. San Gregorio, San Pablo City, Laguna. The training was participated in by CDRRMO Responders, SPARC, and the 403rd, equipping them with essential skills in vehicular extrication, emergency medical response, and rescue operations to ensure a swift and effective response to road crash incidents. We extend our appreciation to PDRRMO, MDRRMO Pagsanjan, and  Bay Fire Station instructors for sharing their expertise and to all participants for their dedication to enhancing disaster and emergency response in San Pablo City. Under the leadership of Honorable VICENTE B. AMANTE, Ph.D. City Mayor/CDRRMC Chairman and Mr. LARRY S. AMANTE City Administrator/CDRRMC Vice-Chairman. Every San Pableños is advised to be prepared for any kind of disaster towards a disaster resilient City of San Pablo.

Laguna PDRRMO holds Incident Command System Position Course

  The Laguna Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) headed by Mr. Aldwin M. Cejo, in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense CALABARZON, conducted a 5-day Incident Command System (ICS) - Position Course at El Cielito Hotel, Santa Rosa City, Laguna on 29 July to 01 August 2024, attended by Laguna’s city and municipal DRRMO personnel.  The trainees were tasked to discuss, brainstorm, plan and decide on the operational activities to be done before responding. It also raised awareness on the different ICS positions being used in responding to disasters for them to be equipped with much needed knowledge, skills and attitude in managing disasters and planned events.
