 Ginoo at Binibining Calamba returns

        Calamba City-In celebration of the 2025 CalamBagong Buhayani Festival, the city government of Calamba revives one of its prestigious social events, the Ginoo at Binibining Calamba after nine long years. 

        19 male and 20 female candidates are formally introduced and sashed during the press conference this Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Jose Rizal Coliseum Conference Hall.

        According to Cultural Affairs, Tourism and Sports Development Department (CATSDD) Head Maolen Karla Boholano, the event aims to find young individuals who will help the local government promote and preserve the legacy and teachings of the national hero and finest Calambeño, Dr. Jose Rizal. 

In a message by Mayor Roseller H. Rizal, delivered by City Administrator Johnny Pamuspusan, he reminded the youth that as Calambeños, they should espouse the life and ideals of Rizal and apply them in their daily lives, especially in helping those who are in need.

Winners who will bring home the crown on June 17 during the Coronation Night will have the opportunity to work with their chosen local government department depending on their advocacies they wish to pursue.

        Aside from the title and cash prize waiting for them, the crown as Ginoo at Binibining Calamba 2025 will provide them opportunity to represent the city  of Calamba in various national and international pageants.
