SSS Santa Rosa branch now open
 SSS President and CEO Robert Joseph M. De Claro, along with SSS Executives, led the ceremonial ribbon cutting at the new Sta. Rosa Branch located on the 3rd level of Robinsons Sta. Rosa Lingkod Pinoy Center. Joining them were Laguna Vice Governor Jose Magtangol “JM” Carait III, Sta. Rosa Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas, Vice Mayor Arnold B. Arcillas, and Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) Vice President for Operations and Marketing Joel Lumanlan and RLC Internal Operations Director Irving Wu.
 
Now serving over 1,423 daily walk-in members and processing an average of 7,118 transactions per day from Santa Rosa and neighboring cities like Cabuyao, Calamba, Biñan, San Pedro, and Carmona, the branch is ready to serve even better.
 
SSS will continue to expand and relocate branches in strategic locations nationwide - bringing efficient, accessible, and excellent service to every Filipino.

Laguna PDRRMO holds Incident Command System Position Course

  The Laguna Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) headed by Mr. Aldwin M. Cejo, in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense CALABARZON, conducted a 5-day Incident Command System (ICS) - Position Course at El Cielito Hotel, Santa Rosa City, Laguna on 29 July to 01 August 2024, attended by Laguna’s city and municipal DRRMO personnel.  The trainees were tasked to discuss, brainstorm, plan and decide on the operational activities to be done before responding. It also raised awareness on the different ICS positions being used in responding to disasters for them to be equipped with much needed knowledge, skills and attitude in managing disasters and planned events.
