DPWH R4A attends Groundbreaking Ceremony of Ramon Revilla Sr. Sports Arena in Bacoor City, Cavite
Cavite-Department of Public Works and Highways Region IV-A participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ramon Revilla Sr. Sports Arena held on July 4, 2025, at Barangay Molino IV, City of Bacoor, Cavite.
On behalf of Regional Director Jovel G. Mendoza, Maintenance Division Assistant Chief Engr. Michael Angeles delivered a message emphasizing the importance of collaboration with various stakeholders in ensuring the project’s success. Engr. Honey Grace Vibora also provided a presentation of the project overview.
With an allocated budget of 250 million pesos, the project will cover a development area of 1.42 hectares out of a total lot area of 5.2 hectares. This sports arena aims to provide a modern facility that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, serving as a venue for sports, wellness, and community-building activities.
The ceremony was attended by DPWH Region IV-A Maintenance Division Chief Engr. Jeffrey Michael C. Jamias; Cavite 3rd District Assistant District Engineer Jennifer F. Almanzor; Cavite 2nd District Representative Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla; Agimat Partylist Representative Cong. Bryan Revilla; City of Bacoor Mayor Strike Revilla; Vice Mayor Rowena Mendiola-Bautista; Board Member Rafael Paterno III; and Barangay Molino IV Captain Jeffrey P. Campaña. (Arman Cambe)
