 Beulah Land Ministries Wellness Division Provides Free Health & Healing Education


Pangil, Laguna – Around 35 individuals from the 100th batch completed a three-day free Health Education (Detox Program) offered by Beulah Land Ministries Wellness Division from January 26 to 29, 2026. The activity was held at Beulah Land Compound, Barangay Galalan, Pangil, Laguna.



The Detox Program was provided free of charge by Mr. Gaddiel D. Malinay to address health concerns of underprivileged community members.



Leading the program were Dr. Eileen Baylon-Bigtas, Naturopathic Doctor and Health Coach; Dr. Elaine Bigtas, NP, Naturopathic Doctor and Culinary Health Coach; Armie Trapse, Naturopathic Practitioner; and their staff.



According to Dr. Eileen, the goal of the 3-Day Detox Program is to provide knowledge and hope that illnesses can be managed and good health can be maintained.



"Beulah Land Detox Program is a free program that provides education. Its sponsor, Gaddiel Malinay, aims to give people a chance and hope – even those without money can achieve better health and wellness. While full results may not be seen in a short time, this marks the first step in their health and healing journey," Dr. Eileen stated.



She added that there are various types of detox programs. The 3-day program at Beulah Land is a general program suitable for individuals with uncomplicated conditions such as hypertension, gallstones, fatty liver, constipation, diabetes, and arthritis. For those with complex health issues, specialized programs are available including special care, senior care, and diabetic care.



Dr. Eileen also noted that the education provided includes guidelines for participants to continue applying the health knowledge in their daily lives.

Laguna PDRRMO holds Incident Command System Position Course

  The Laguna Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) headed by Mr. Aldwin M. Cejo, in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense CALABARZON, conducted a 5-day Incident Command System (ICS) - Position Course at El Cielito Hotel, Santa Rosa City, Laguna on 29 July to 01 August 2024, attended by Laguna’s city and municipal DRRMO personnel.  The trainees were tasked to discuss, brainstorm, plan and decide on the operational activities to be done before responding. It also raised awareness on the different ICS positions being used in responding to disasters for them to be equipped with much needed knowledge, skills and attitude in managing disasters and planned events.
