Camaba City, Laguna-PBGen Hansel M Marantan, Director of the Highway Patrol Group (HPG), graced the Opening Ceremony of the Executive Motorcycle Riding Course (EMRC) Class R4A 2026-03 and 2026-04 at the PRO 4A Covered Court, Camp BGen Vicente P Lim, Calamba City, which coincided with the prestigious Pinning of the Master Rider Badge.
A total of 93 riders proudly embarked on this rigorous and highly specialized training designed to elevate their riding competence, discipline, and operational readiness in the performance of their duties. The activity underscores the strong commitment of PRO 4A to excellence, professionalism, and road safety enforcement.
This initiative supports the Chief PNP’s agenda on Operational Readiness and Tactical Competence by enhancing mobility, rapid response capability, convoy security, and highway patrol efficiency as well as Road Safety and Law Enforcement Effectiveness by strengthening rider competence which directly contributes to safer roads and more effective traffic law enforcement.
