Migriño of the Office of the City Tourism Officer, selected as this year awardees  in accordance with City Ordinance No. 49, Series of 2015,  who will be formally honored by the community during a formal dinner/ meeting of city officials with community leaders this coming Thursday evening, May 7,  2026 at the San Pablo City Convention Center, are Ms. Susan N. Alcazar, Business Administration; SMS Ma. Danica Eve A. Camado, Police Community Relations; Dr. Mercydina M. Caponpon, Health Services; PEMS Edwin A. De Mesa, Police Law Enforcement; Ms. Arsenia M. Emlano, Business Entrepreneurship; Mr. Francis E. Emralino, Science and Technology Education; Ms. Albina DG Gutierrez, Educational Leadership; Mr. Rendell R. Laluon, Youth Leadership; Mr. Jimmy V. Laguna PDRRMO holds Incident Command System Position Course

  The Laguna Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) headed by Mr. Aldwin M. Cejo, in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense CALABARZON, conducted a 5-day Incident Command System (ICS) - Position Course at El Cielito Hotel, Santa Rosa City, Laguna on 29 July to 01 August 2024, attended by Laguna’s city and municipal DRRMO personnel.  The trainees were tasked to discuss, brainstorm, plan and decide on the operational activities to be done before responding. It also raised awareness on the different ICS positions being used in responding to disasters for them to be equipped with much needed knowledge, skills and attitude in managing disasters and planned events.
